For one main reason: it’s all that we’ve ever done.
Most roofing companies offer many different types of roofing, whether it’s asphalt, slate, rubber membrane, corrugated metal or various standing seam metal. Some companies also offer siding, window and door installation and more. And while this is a great way to increase profits, it’s a poor way to perfect any one trade. As the saying goes, “Jack of all trades, master of none…”
There’s no denying that with more speed comes more profit. But at what cost? If you have to sacrifice quality and possible reputation for a bang ‘em out approach, then what sets you apart from the rest? Many of our installation techniques are more time consuming and use more material, but it’s the final product that has always been our number-one concern.
Many years ago, IRON HORSE ROOFING made the decision to stick to one style of roofing; standing seam metal. We continually invest in the best equipment to fabricate every bit of metal used in production, both on and off site, to ensure that all drip edge, ridge cap and panels precisely match. Without this equipment, we’d have to outsource to get a cut and drop package and risk the possibility of a variances in color, finish and material. A standing seam roof can be a costly investment. Wouldn’t it be best to have it done right the first time by a company that specializes only in this process, and does it well?
We think so!
