We had an outstanding experience with Iron Horse Roofing from beginning to end.

We want to give special recognition to Treyshaun, who first stepped in as a neighbor. Before there was ever a signed contract or commitment, he noticed a need and offered assistance without hesitation. That level of kindness and professionalism made a lasting first impression.

A huge thank you to Zeke for his consistent communication throughout the process. He was flexible with scheduling, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure every detail was handled promptly and professionally.

We also appreciate David, who came out to address a concern we had after the installation. He listened carefully, explained what needed to be done, and made the necessary correction with professionalism and attention to detail. It was reassuring to see the company's commitment to making sure the job was done right and that we were completely satisfied.

Overall, the entire process moved much faster than we ever expected. As homeowners, we anticipated a lengthy roof replacement, but once the project was underway, the crew completed the entire roof in just one day. Their efficiency and organization were truly impressive.

The cleanup deserves special recognition as well. When the crew finished, there was virtually no evidence that such a major roofing project had taken place. They left our property spotless—no debris, no nails, and no leftover materials. The only indication they had been there was our beautiful new roof.

Would we recommend Iron Horse Roofing? Without hesitation—100% yes! Their outstanding customer service, excellent communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the final result.

My husband and I had talked about replacing our roof for a while, but finding a leak pushed us to it. After 27 years we expected extra work needed. Iron Horse Roofing had very recently worked on a house across from us. We paid attention. The work we saw was done carefully and efficiently, a diligent crew, cleanup was on going, they were very impressive, and the owner was pleased.
Where’s the sense in searching through dozens of roofing companies. We double checked reviews, called for an inspection, signed the line, and now have a new beautiful roof. I would recommend the Pewter tiles. They are gorgeous especially in the sunlight!!
Everyone was easy to deal with, courteous, friendly, hard working, attentive to detail, clean up was amazing. I would most definitely recommend Iron Horse Roofing!!

We were very pleased with the repair that Iron Horse did for us. They repaired a link in the roof and repaired the damage in the ceiling on the upper level. I can’t tell at all where the water spot was in the ceiling. They did an excellent job. Thank you Iron Horse.

Iron Horse Roofing did an awesome job with our roof installation. From start to finish, Zac Cain helped us with every step. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to work with. As first time homeowners, we had never gone through this process or filed an insurance claim before, but he made this stressful endeavor go by smoothly and stress free.

The day of the installation, the crew arrived punctually and were all more than courteous and skilled. They made quick work and were constantly cleaning and left our property in a pristine condition.

One of the reasons we chose Iron Roof was due to reading all the other excellent reviews. They weren’t exaggerating, they provided an amazing service. The customer service Iron Horse Roofing provides really sets them apart and we are grateful to the whole team.
